Wholistic Learning Pty Ltd is a human resource development and management company founded in 1998 by Eve Barboza and Marina Chadiloff.

 

Our approach is to work closely with individuals and organisations to understand their businesses and develop the skills needed to work confidently and successfully, either independently or as part of a team.

 

Wholistic Learning is about changing minds and behaviour. Since 1998 it has been dedicated to producing creative and cost effective solutions.

Eve has a passionate dedication to the transformative power of learning and she has followed this commitment throughout her career.

 

Eve draws on over twenty years experience and combines insights from her own psychological work and extensive teaching experience to encourage others to reach their goals. Working with her clients, Eve designs and facilitates personal and professional development programs which transform the individual as well as the organisation.

 

After an early career as an academic teaching psychology and sociology at universities and colleges in NSW, Eve moved into the public sector where she worked as an evaluator helping organisations develop and report on the performance of their products, services, people and programs.

 

Graduating with an Honours Degree in Psychology Eve has obtained a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and is accredited as a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner. Eve is a registered psychologist, a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) since 1995 and a member of the Australasian Evaluation Society (AES) since 1990. She keeps herself up to date with world best practice through formal study and active membership of professional bodies.

 

Now Eve focuses her practice through Wholistic Learning working with individuals through personal development courses and workshops to grow their potential

 

Eve sees her role as that of a catalyst for individual and organisational learning and change, working closely with clients to bring about positive development at all levels. One of Eve's strengths is the ability to understand organisational needs and design strategies that will improve organisational performance, without compromising the value of their people.

Marina Chadiloff, BA, MA, Graduate Diploma in Adult Education and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a qualified trainer and assessor and psychologist. She is the principal service provider of instructional design, learning, and development and assessment services for Wholistic Learning.

 

Before starting Wholistic Learning, Marina managed several business units in the areas of employment services, learning and development, occupational health and safety and access and equity. She has also held short term positions working as a human resources development consultant for a Commonwealth Department, locum co-ordinator for a Migrant Resources Centre and course co-ordinator for a non government organisation.

 

Marina understands people management, adult learning and organisational behaviour and has focused on helping others to increase their capability, whether it is in teams or individually.

 

As a facilitator her goal is to ensure participants have the best possible learning experience, using a variety of experiential learning techniques to encourage participation and build a positive and safe learning environment. When working with individuals on their own personal development, such as career goals, Marina uses active learning, reflection and practical examples.

 

Marina has successfully guided a number of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) through their re-registration and internal audit process. She has also assisted several RTOs to successfully gain approval to deliver and assess qualifications in the Training and Assessment, Community and Business Services training packages.

 

As someone who believes strongly in staying up to date, Marina is currently extending her facilitation skills in e-learning.
